What it is
The health and safety system for the job.
Pure Safety today holds the incident, the observation, and the action on the site record. A reporter can finish an incident, including whether it may be RIDDOR. An observation records an unsafe act, an unsafe condition, or something done well. An action has an owner and stays open until it is closed.
