Website terms
These marketing pages describe Pure Cores products. They are information, not an offer of a regulated alarm-receiving service or a BS 8484 claim. A trial or paid plan is formed on the account or checkout flow.
Do not misuse the site (for example scraping that harms availability, or submitting false identity details on forms). Governing law for website disputes: England and Wales.
Software terms (draft outline)
- Parties and users — the customer organisation invites its own people and remains responsible for who has access.
- Trial — where a 14-day trial is offered, it ends on day 14. The privacy page describes what this site does and does not say about data after that.
- Paid plans — Pure ISO Professional is £149 a month or £1,490 a year via Stripe where that price is shown. Other paid plans: contact us. This page does not set refunds or mid-cycle changes.
- Acceptable use — do not store unlawful content. The customer remains controller of tenant data.
- Support — support is through the contact page.
- Data ownership and export — the customer owns tenant records. Export and deletion after the subscription ends are set in the customer contract.
- Liability and law — this page does not set a liability cap. Disputes about the website are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Questions go through the contact page. Privacy is on the privacy page. Processor terms outline: GDPR.
